The details

Questions?
We’ve got answers.

Getting to know a new way of working.

What is Lanegrid?

Lanegrid is a shared workspace being built for small teams and agencies. It brings familiar Kanban boards together with AI agent delegation, human review, and client approvals, so a project can move from brief to delivery in one place.

Can I use the full product today?

Not yet. This page is an interactive product preview using illustrative project data. The account and workspace foundation has been implemented; boards, agent workflows, and client portals are still being built. Public access and paid checkout will open after the product is ready.

Do I have to use AI agents?

No. Lanegrid is designed to be useful as a team workspace on its own. Agent connections are optional. If you do connect an agent, the plan is to let you choose its projects, permissions, and which changes need review.

Will Lanegrid pay for my agent’s AI usage?

The initial model is bring your own agent: you run and pay for the agent through your chosen provider. Lanegrid provides the shared context, coordination, and review workflow. Platform API, storage, and automation allowances will be published before launch.

Can I move my Trello boards across?

A Trello importer is planned, including a preview, field mapping, and a report of anything that could not transfer. It is not available yet. We also plan CSV import and workspace export so your work remains portable.

How will the trial and pricing work?

We’re planning a 28-day trial with no card required, followed by monthly workspace plans. The prices shown here are proposed launch prices in USD, before tax. Final features, allowances, and terms will be confirmed before subscriptions open.

Will my clients need a paid seat?

Our proposed model includes restricted client reviewers without charging them as internal team members. They will see only the projects and deliverables shared with them. Final guest permissions and allowances will be confirmed before launch.
